Patient Care Positions
Registered Nurses
Adult, Adolescent and Sibcy Units –
4 Part-time openings (evening, day, and day/evening mix) working 48 hours every two weeks
Prior mental health RN experience preferred. A current Ohio License is required.
Neuromodulation Center
Part time .6 FTE (working 3 shift per week Monday, Wednesday and Friday)
NMC provides ECT and TMS procedures to both inpatients and outpatients. This position will be crossed trained to work in all three areas of the center-ECT Room, Phase ll discharge for ECT and in the TMS (transcranial magnetic stimulation) Procedure Room. Current Ohio License required. Previous experience in PACU, PAT or Procedure Area helpful.
PRN Mental Health Specialists
PRN staff will be expected to work 24 hours every four (4) weeks, with 16 hours of those hours being weekend or off-shift hours, based on units need. PRN staff will have first opportunity to select shifts from the Patient Care Units need’s list. PRN staffs are also expected to work a minimum of two (2) holiday shifts each year. Minimum of 2 years of inpatient MHS experience required.
Support Positions
Director of External Relations
This position leads external outreach efforts to potential referrers to Lindner Center of HOPE (LCOH) and Sibcy House Program. As part of the Business Development staff, this position works closely with Sibcy House and LCOH leadership to determine priorities, execute strategies and measure outcomes related to developing external relationships with key stakeholders (referring practitioners, referring facilities, mental health professionals, partnering organizations, professional associations, community members, etc) from local to international referrers. Qualified candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in the mental health field, preferably in a clinical role, plus some marketing/sales experience, or pharmaceutical sales experience in the mental health field. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills are required as well as a well rounded understanding of the health care and marketing fields.
Health Unit Coordinator
Part-time Day shift / Every other weekend
This position facilitates the efficient functioning of the patient care unit by performing clerical and reception support activities. High School Diploma with at least one year of HUC experience or administrative experience working in a hospital.
IM Technician
Full-time / rotates day and evening shifts
This position coordinates Help Desk operations, processes and workflow; works on special projects as assigned. Provides technical expertise and support to the end user with primary focus on support of Windows OS’s, MS Office Suite, Internet Explorer and Lindner Center of HOPE (LCOH) application software. Associate’s degree in related field or equivalent experience required. Minimum 3 years experience in Desktop and/or Help Desk support required. Minimum 2 years experience in Administration of Windows 2003 server environment required including AD, IIS, Exchange 2007, & MS Sharepoint preferred.
Environmental Services Assistant
Part-time / evening (2nd) shift (works every other weekend)
This position performs routine manual housekeeping work, cleaning areas within the Lindner Center of HOPE (LCOH) to maintain the facility in a sanitary, safe, clean and attractive condition. At least 1 year of previous housekeeping experience is required.
Environmental Services Lead
Part-time / day shift (works every other weekend)
Under the supervision of the Environment Services Manager, this position takes charge and gives directions to other Environmental Services associates, while performing the same housekeeping duties as other associates in the group. At least 2 years of previous housekeeping experience is required.
