Brick Sponsorship Program
 At the Lindner Center of HOPE patients and their families are at the center of everything we do. The walkway that will welcome them to the Center will be paved with the names and well wishes of those who support our programs through the brick sponsorship program.
If you would like to honor a loved one or lend your name, your family's name, a company or organization name to this effort, please print and fill out a form or contact Mary Sue Cheeseman at marysue.cheeseman@lindnercenter.org or 513.536.HOPE(4673). Send completed forms and payments to:

The maximum number of characters per line (including spaces) is 15 for all bricks and pavers.
