Outpatient Services
The Lindner Center of HOPE will provide a wide range of outpatient treatment programs for patients across the age spectrum, including adolescents, adults and senior adults.
- Treatment teams will be composed of multidisciplinary clinicians assigned to either adult, adolescent, senior or dual-diagnosis teams based on their clinical training and expertise. They will meet weekly to collaborate and review treatment plans. They will have access to specialty treatment track referrals as well as on-site therapy and support groups.
- All patients will have a clinician assigned as their primary clinician. It is the primary clinicians’ responsibility to coordinate developing the treatment plan with the patient and the rest of the clinicians on the treatment team involved in their care. Most patients will have a psychiatrist or nurse practitioner prescribing medications and either a psychologist or social worker as a therapist.
- Therapists on the treatment team will also be able to do family and couples therapy as needed.
- Access to psychiatric rehabilitation services will also be available.
