Outpatient Services
The Lindner Center of HOPE provides a wide range of outpatient treatment programs for patients across the age spectrum, including children as young as two years old, adolescents, adults and senior adults.
- Treatment teams are composed of multidisciplinary clinicians assigned to either adult, child and adolescent, senior or dual-diagnosis teams based on their clinical training and expertise. They meet weekly to collaborate and review treatment plans. They have access to specialty treatment track referrals as well as on-site therapy and support groups.
- All patients have a clinician assigned as their primary clinician. It is the primary clinicians’ responsibility to coordinate developing the treatment plan with the patient and the rest of the clinicians on the treatment team involved in their care. Most patients have a psychiatrist or nurse practitioner prescribing medications and either a psychologist or social worker as a therapist.
- Therapists on the treatment team are also able to conduct family and couples therapy as needed.
- Access to psychiatric rehabilitation services are also available
- As leaders in diagnosis and treatment planning, Lindner Center of HOPE clinicians are able to prescribe genetic testing for consenting patients, with the potential to gain a deeper understanding of the impact of medications on an individual. To learn more about genetic testing, view a brief video at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4wCqc6yxgLE or visit http://www.assurerxhealth.com/. Read more about GeneSightRx, click here.
High demand for consultation and therapy services on our outpatient clinic has resulted in wait times for appointments. We appreciate your patience.
