Lindner Center of HOPE, Staff Psychiatrist
Dr. Guadagno is an experienced Psychiatrist serving as an inpatient attending at Lindner Center of HOPE. Dr. Guadagno is an Assistant Professor at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Neurosciences. Additionally, she holds privileges at The University Hospital in Cincinnati where she provides care on the Adult Inpatient Psychiatric Units and Psychiatric Emergency Services, and at West Chester Hospital where she provides Psychiatric Consultation–Liaison Services.
Dr. Guadagno’s work experience also includes treating patients with severe mental disabilities, the homeless population, and indigent population in the community mental health system in Cincinnati. She also has experience in the Ohio State Mental Hospital Forensic system, and Outpatient Psychiatric Partial Hospitalization Services at Good Samaritan Hospital. She has been honored with several awards for excellence in teaching Resident Physicians and Medical Students.
Dr. Guadagno’s research experience includes serving as an investigator for treatment of melancholia after onset with SSRI’s at East Tennessee State University, James H. Quillen College of Medicine, and the use of Risperidone in patients with Bulimia Nervosa at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine Department of Psychiatry.
In addition, Dr. Guadagno is published and presents on a number of areas of expertise. Dr. Guadagno is currently serving as a diplomat on the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
